| New type dry process cement production line is such kind of cement
production technology process, marked by preheater with outside
kiln precalciner, suitable for the small and medium cement plant
and large-scale cement plant with capacity of 300,000 to 3,000,000
TPY. New type dry process cement production line makes full use of calcining technology of preheater with outside kiln precalciner, taking advantage of the waste heat from kiln inlet to decompose the raw meal, lowing the energy and heat consumption substantially, and making full use of homogenization technology concerning raw materials, fuel, raw meal, and clinkers, and improving the quality of products and guaranteeing the stability of production stability. New grinding technology makes the cement production not only take advantage of the industrial waste, but also decrease the electricity consumption, and promote the production. Closed production line has decreased the dust polluction below 50mg/Nm3, making the factory polluted by dust and noise into a truly gardenesque plant. The application of low temperature power generation technology with waste heat makes the economic benefits of cement plant improved substantially. |
